International home delivery
Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain, Netherlands, Italy, Portugal, Austria (between 3 and 6 days)
Return and failed delivery
When a package is not delivered and is returned, it is usually a wrong address provided, in this case a complaint is opened with La Poste to find the precise reason. In the event of a return for a wrong address or parcel not collected, you will be asked to pay the shipping costs.
